THE FUTURISTIC JAGUAR C-X75 CONCEPT SPORTS CAR!

Having debuted as a prototype at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, the Jaguar C-X75 is anything but a tame beast. Having been designed with the themes like "sci fi futuristic super car" in mind, this hybrid electric car goes from 0 to 62 mph in about 3.4 seconds, while its top speed is 205 mph. The name of the vehicle X75 was intended to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the British founded Jaguar Motor Company.

While having a lightweight aluminum frame and having a plethora of advanced internal controls, this car is equipped with diesel fed micro-gas-turbines [which power the batteries and replace the traditional 4-stroke engine], a power control Eden, and fingertip control buttons. The powerful compact gas turbines are linked to the four electric motors, and those four electric motors drive the four wheels and produce about 778 horsepower. Tagged as a hybrid sports car, Jaguar announced back in May 2011 that the base price range for the C-X75 will be between 1.15 million and 1.48 million dollars. Yeah, that's a bit pricey for a "hybrid". And the vehicle's production doesn't start till 2013. Lets hope that Jaguar hasn't forgotten about the phrase "better priced competition" :)
