TEN PECULIAR POINTS FROM TRANSFORMERS 4: AGE OF EXTINCTION!

The fourth TF movie has surpassed 100 million dollars at the box office profits, over about 3 days. And it is movies like this that give fanboys and fangirls a blast of action, nostalgia and excitement.  This article isn't much of a review; it's more of a series of positive and thoughtful observations from the movie.

1. Optimus Prime is a bad ass.... and he is an evolving robot, who seems poised to become some sort of grand samurai / robo-sensei warrior.

2.Optimus Prime was getting his Matrix on, at the end of the TF4 movie, since he blasted off into the sky, gaining the ability to fly without his jet-fire backpack and thrusters, which he used in the TF2 and TF3 movies. Plus Prime no longer needs his tractor trailer, which he usually lugs around in the cartoons and the former movies.

3. The Earth / neighboring galaxies are full of wandering transformers that come to Earth whenever they feel like it, since most of the new guys, like Crosshairs and Hound, seemed to have popped up out of nowhere.... while the Autobot Wreckers who were in the TF3 movie, were nowhere to be found. But I'm guessing that other guys like Bulkhead, Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus [from the cartoon series] will probably make cameos in the next TF movie, which may take place partially on Cybertron...

4. The Dinobots are portrayed as.... four robotic renegades / giant rouge robots with a large bounty on their heads; since Lockdown the robo-bounty hunter [who strangely has Galvatron's original gun-morphing ability] had captured the Dinobots from an undisclosed location.

5. There were no former Decepticons shown in the movie, except for the old head of Megatron and I think Starscream [or some other villain]. So I'm guessing the Decepticons were all... scared of Lockdown and his crew of bounty hunters, so they were all hiding away around the globe.

6. Optimus Prime said: "I'll kill you all!" more times than he said: "Autobots, roll out!" LOL. And I noticed that Bumblebee still needs to get his voice modulator fixed, after more than five years.... WTF?

7. I don't think Grimlock actually said a single word in the entire TF4 movie.... but chances are, he didn't have to; since actions speak louder than words... But his origins were not truly explained in the entire movie, and he did deserve more screen time.

8. Mark Whalberg did a good job of portraying his character as a robotics genius and an overprotective father. His daughter's boyfriend, Shayne [played by Jack Reynor], who seems to be a stunt driver, was a bit of a coward. But at least Shayne came through near the end, when Optimus Prime needed help during the last battle against Lockdown. Personally, I think that as a Prime, Optimus is in a higher strength class than Lockdown, and the Primes are not that easy to kill [as Megatron always says in the cartoons]. So the battle against Lockdown should have been really one-sided, with Prime practically whooping his candy ass all over the dusty industrial site.

9. Where were the lovely female Tansformers, like Elita-One?? Are they back on Cybertron, or were they on the run somewhere on planet Earth?

10. And apparently the extinction of the ancient dinosaurs on Earth was caused by.... ancient transformer battle-cruisers and warships that came to earth, over 65 million years ago. Don't give me that look; that's what Micheal Bay thinks, so its must be true, Damn it!!

BUFFIE THE BODY AND MIA NEXZON!

This brief article features fan art of Mia Nexzon from the DSNG Sci Fi series. I often use Buffie The Body as a reference for drawing Mia, in terms of her phenotype.
Having a slight temper problem and a stunning hourglass figure, Mia is one of Prince Azzar's love interests in the current DSNG storyline. And Azzar currently mentors Mia's first son, Sargon [who is a highly intelligent Alpha Senturi soldier]. Sargon is actually the youngest Deputy Commander in the history of the Centura. And his mentor, Azzar, is the Senior Commanding Officer of the Centura forces, working under the two Generals, Wes and Obed.
Mia is a sexy unique character with a strong mind, a motherly heart and an intriguing past. She actually lost her husband and the father of her two kids, General Zadoc Nexzon, in the First Averan Civil War; so due to that incident, she became well accustomed with pain. Yet she was also like a surrogate mother to one of the young soldiers named Don Oden, the best friend of Sargon, many years before the war - since Don lost his mother and elder brother when he was just a teenager. Mia also has a daughter named Carla, who is a pop diva. And Carla performed at the Helios Mega Dome, back in DSNG Chronicles Book 1].
Presently Mia works in the Averan Historical Center, where she helps to archive the history of the unified nation and its major events.

Per their steamy interactions in DSNG Book 9, Azzar and Mia can probably be tagged as intimate friends, although Mia desires more of a permanent commitment from her regal playmate...

On the other hand, Buffie retired from being as an urban / Hip-hop model several years ago. She is currently a certified fitness trainer and she has a popular Youtube page...

EXPLORING DSNG PART 22 - LADY TRISHAT ZONG!

Those fans familiar with the DSNG ebooks have probably heard of the name "Lady Trishat Zong". She is Prince Azzar's stepmother and she is the mother of Tekshat and Tek-Hon [Azzar's half-brother, and one of the Top 5 Gorilla Agents - the Gorillas are one of the many evil factions in the DSNG Sci Fi Series].
Lady Trishat is often referred to as the alien Jessica Rabbit, per her stunning hourglass figure. Standing at 6 feet tall, Lady Trishat has light-purple skin and an exotic physique. She is also often called the Foreign Queen, since she was secretly married to Azzar's father, King Vaygon Omenus, many decades ago.
And back in those days, prior to the First Averan Civil War, King Vaygon was a co-ruler of planet Avera, along with King Valon Omenus, his younger brother. And King Valon's mistress was Lady Azda, who is the mother of King Titron [the current monarch of planet Avera].

[Lady Trishat Zong, the alien Jessica Rabbit, wearing a corset bustle dress. She is sexy, curvy, voluptuous, thick, phat etc]

While Lady Trishat was married to King Vaygon, for various reasons the Averan people showed more reverence and respect towards her, as opposed to revering Lady Azda, who was a powerful gladiator and a gifted being.
As proved by the national laws that she helped to initiate and per her conduct in the royal courts, Trishat was [and still is] an intelligent woman with a very big heart and an extroverted / funny personality. Trishat, who was a renowned lawyer prior to marrying one of the co-rulers of Avera, has the habit of speaking her mind. So in the ebooks she is usually very blunt and incisive, when she speaks with others. And she currently has an entourage of four protectors: Candice, Carine, Keri and Ron-Zon.....

DSNG BOOK 13 [THE HUNT, PART 2] HAS BEEN LAUNCHED AT AMAZON.COM!

The explosive ebook DSNG Book 13 has been launched at Amazon! Most fans are aware of the fact that DSNG Book 12 ended up being about 800 - 900 pages long, thus it had to be broken up into two lengthy tales, which are sequentially connected.
LINK TO DSNG BOOK 13:--> OVER  HERE.   AND DSNG BOOK 12: --> RIGHT HERE

Although you do see the heroes in the story, both of the ebooks focus upon the bad guys and their adventures. Hence you get a candid glimpse at Tek-Hon, Lho-Khi, Ska-Rusk and Ms. Zevah, as they continue the mission tagged as Operation Mystic Hand. These four villains are part of the Top 5 Gorilla Operatives [the Gorillas are one of the many super-villain groups in the DSNG series]. And the four of them were shown on the Front Cover of DSNG Book 9 [The Reckoning].

Tek-Hon the Dark Swordsman was shown on the cover of DSNG Book 12 [The Hunt, Part 1], while Prince Azzar, Tek-Hon's stepbrother, is shown on the cover of DSNG Book 13 [The Hunt, Part 2].

As gifted young men, Azzar and Tek-Hon were both trained as Alpha Senturi black-ops soldiers. Both of them have super-strength, although they are not the most powerful warriors in the Makuran Galaxy, in terms of the heavy load that they can lift. And although Tek-Hon is faster that his half-brother, he cannot fly and project fireballs like Azzar can.

Azzar Omenus was trained in CQB techniques by Lady Azda, a fierce female gladiator and the mother of King Titron. Titron is Azzar's strong lascivious cousin, who rules over planet Avera.
On the other hand, Tek-Hon Zannibor was trained by Zord Raiden, the legendary Entradan swordsman, a red-skinned guy who was an expert at fighting with two swords held in both of his hands [for a total of four blades, held like a dual pair of scissors].

Both Zord and Lady Azda hail from Entrados, the Steampunk World [one of the 7 major planets in the Makuran Galaxy]. And Tek-Hon, who has a very lenghty and ominous resume, actually spent several years working as a treasure hunter over on Entrados, after he walked away from planet Avera and his life as a Prince within the Imperial Palace.

Yes, Tek-Hon was once treated like a Prince, because his beautiful Scalatan mother, Lady Trishat Zong, was married to Azzar's father, King Vaygon Omenus [who was one of the co-rulers of Avera back in those days, due to the presence of King Valon, who was Titron's dad]. And Lady Trishat is often referred to as an alien Jessica Rabbit, in terms of her figure.

In the ebooks, Tek-Hon is often called The Killer of Killers or The Dark Swordsman. And Tek is probably one of the moodiest villains to ever be created; but he's such a bad-ass that it's impossible not to respect him and his fighting skills. And in DSNG Book 13, the fans get a glimpse into his troubled past, in order to gain an idea of how he became cold-hearted and introverted. Most of the major characters in this Sci Fi series have a long private history, which plays out in the ebooks. And Tek's history is over 10 pages long...

Several years ago, when I started this blog back in 2010, I candidly informed the fans that this Sci Fi series was inspired by Star Wars and DBZ. Yet honestly, a lot of fans don't see DSNG and think of either of those aforementioned series.
The thing is, the concept of a super-soldier or a four-armed alien is not new; its just the way that the concept is interpreted that can be completely groundbreaking. And I'm proud to say that DSNG is... different, from any Sci Fi series out there. And that is a good thing.
Thanks for being a fan! We've got 13 long ebooks in the records, so Stay Tuned for more!
